Returns
We are proud of our products and want you to be as well. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at customerservice@noninonikids.com to speak with a team member to receive a return authorization. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of items. Once you receive your return authorization and the address where to send your items, please include all items, packaging, and materials. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returned items. Noninoni kids are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied toward any returned items. Please do not attempt to return items without contacting us first. Customized or monogrammed cribs are non-returnable and final sale. If you have purchased a crib directly from us, we will happily replace missing or damaged parts within 14 days of receipt of goods. Should you need replacement parts after the first 14 days, please contact us at customerservice@noninonikids.com.
